Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese method of health-cultivation based upon correct breathing and specific movements to open, release and connect the body. Through the exercise a better sense of well-being and health for both the mind and body.
Natalie runs regular remedial Qi gong classes in Margaret River. Each class lasts for approx. 1 hour and is designed to be strengthening and relaxing for both the body and the mind.
