Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese method of health-cultivation based upon correct breathing and specific movements to open, release and connect the body.  The movement is slow and steady and works on inner core strength and body structure.  Through the exercise you can expect to feel a better sense of well-being and health in both the mind and body.

Natalie runs regular remedial Qi gong classes designed to be inclusive for all abilities.  The classes are held in Margaret River and last for approx. 1 hour.
